"Street Survival" is a new course that I have developed through a combination of my passion for martial arts, kickboxing, karate, army combat and self defence. I have developed this unique programme so that you can protect yourself in the city and keep fit at the same time. This is 100% effective and easy to learn.
The class is a great way to burn calories and covers conditioning exercise, circuit training, building up strength and endurance, cardio and kickboxing techniques.
Street survival helps you to deal with scenarios you could face, ensuring that the techniques are grounded firmly into your memory. Not only are you learning to protect yourself but you are also doing a great work out in the process.
